The implementation of improvements and provision of services is being done through a consultative process involving the community, Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and Faith based Organizations (FBOs). It combines technical assistance, community mobilization and organization as well as capital investment and ensure partnerships between the community, the government and the private sector.
